✨ Got Questions?

FAQ

🫧How does the mist work?

FairyMist uses an ultrasonic element to turn water into a fine, cool mist. It drifts up from the figurine's hand and gently raises the humidity in your room — so dry air feels softer and more comfortable.

💧What water should I use?

Use distilled or demineralized water for the best results. Tap water can leave mineral dust on your furniture and build up inside the unit over time.

🌙Is it quiet enough for a bedroom?

Yes — the ultrasonic mist is whisper-quiet, so it's perfect for bedrooms, nurseries, offices and living rooms. You can fall asleep to the soft glow without any noise.

💡Does the base light turn off?

The glowing base is a soft ambient light. You can turn it on, off or dim it, and adjust it separately from the mist — set the mood exactly how you like it.

👑Which princess can I choose?

FairyMist comes in a full collection — Belle, Rapunzel, Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel and Elsa — each with her own color-matched base. Pick your favorite at checkout.

🔒Is it safe to leave running?

Yes. FairyMist runs on a safe low-voltage USB and automatically shuts off when the water runs low, so you can leave it on worry-free.

🧼How do I clean it?

Super easy — empty any leftover water and wipe the tank with a soft cloth every few days. Avoid harsh chemicals, and using distilled water keeps it spotless for longer.

📦How long until my order arrives?

Each FairyMist is made to order. Production, shipping and delivery take about 4 to 7 weeks in total from the day you order. We'll email your tracking as soon as it ships.

🛡️Is there a warranty?

Yes — every FairyMist is covered against manufacturing defects. Just contact our support team with your order number and we'll make it right.

🎁Does it make a good gift?

Absolutely. FairyMist is the ultimate gift for Disney lovers, daughters and besties — anyone who believes in a little magic. It arrives looking magical, straight out of the box. 🎁
